Choir

 

Northbrook United Methodist Church's Chancel Choir is made up of a group of talented, energetic volunteers.  They are a delight to work with, and add a special excitement to each and every worship service.  Their enthusiasm for sharing their gift of music with their fellow congregants is unparalleled.  All are welcome to join the choir at any time, no auditions are necessary, just a healthy willingness to share time and make music together.

 

Selections range from the Messiah at Christmas time, Contemporary worship pieces to fit a special service, and the oldies and goodies that every church goer loves.  They sing each Sunday from September through June, and are led by Guinevere Tiffin, Music Director and Mijin Kim, Organist.

 

Our Childrens Choir sings for an October Service, the Christmas Play, Mothers Day and a few other scheduled Services.  Please feel free to sign your child up today!

 

Choir Rehearsals are on Wednesday from 7:30pm-9:00pm in the Choir Loft and Sunday mornings before worship at 9:00am.  All are welcome!
